An author site is built for a career rather than a release. Backlist, series pages, buy links across every retailer, events, newsletter signup and somewhere to put the extras readers go looking for. We design it so adding book eight is a form you fill in, not a rebuild. It also has to work for the people who are not readers yet: media, event bookers, foreign rights and anyone trying to figure out whether you are the right person to contact.

Who needs Author Site?

You have more than one book and a site that was built around the first one. Or you are on a platform you have outgrown and updating anything means asking someone for help. If you have exactly one book and it is not out yet, a good landing page and a newsletter will serve you better for now.
